Employment Branding: A "Winning Talent Together" Event

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. Limited walk-in registration will be accepted.  Contact Jill Huber with any questions.

Join us on October 29th for a data-driven discussion on the power and importance of employment branding. The session will be led by Universum, the publishers of a recent survey of more than 10,000 engineering majors that identified the key attributes of highly attractive employers. (https://www.cnbc.com/2019/06/06/the-10-most-attractive-employers-for-engineering-students.html)

As an early preview of the findings and session topic:

Professionals in the tech field know their worth in today’s market and they want it all: Secure employment with work-life balance, high future earnings, and professional training. They are not afraid to ask for the best conditions.  Interestingly, 58% of survey respondents said work-life balance was the most important career goal, even though employees and industry experts in the tech space can validate that long hours are expected, especially in the start-up space.

This chapter of the Winning Talent Together Panel will be loaded with data, analysis and trends on tech talent as well as practical insights on how to adapt them to individual needs.

Following the presentation, Maria Paris and Sean O’Grady, from the Global Leader in Employer Branding--Universum, will lead a panel in a lively discussion, and then be available for Q & A.
