Digital Transformation – Cutting Through the Noise to Build Momentum
Purpose of Meeting:
Digital transformation is imperative for business success. Business leaders hear about it from virtually every angle—from articles and case studies to keynote addresses and panel discussions—there must be a digital transformation. The call is loud and clear: in order to remain relevant and competitive in this increasingly digital world, leaders must transform their organizations. What isn’t as clear: what does digital transformation mean and how does it happen? Many leaders struggle with understanding what digital transformation is, in part, because it can’t be easily defined—it is different for each company. Whether you’re well on your way, or simply thinking about starting the journey, this event is for you. In this interactive session you will explore how your organization defines digital transformation and walk away with specific ideas on how to build momentum through people for your organizations digital journey.
