Join us for an informational seminar to learn more about the KIZ Tax Credit program as well as the sale/assignment of both KIZ and R&D tax credits. Featured speakers for the seminar will include representatives from the PA Department of Community & Economic Development and KIZ Resources. We will cover eligibility, funding, terms and guidelines to apply.
This Pennsylvania-based incentive program provides tax credits to for-profit companies less than eight years old that locate their operations within the boundaries of the Keystone Innovation Zone of Greater Oakland and within the following targeted industries: advanced materials, including specialty chemicals; life sciences; information technology, including robotics, energy-related technology; and "horizon" technologies, including nanotechnology and MEMS.
Applications must be submitted on or before September 15 of each year, so join us on July 10th to get the process started.
Who should attend: Entrepreneurs, Start-ups, Founders, Companies 8 years old and younger utilizing innovative technology, investors, CPAs, tax attorneys, real estate groups in the KIZ mapped area.

Refunds requested less than 2 business days prior to the event will not be granted. Substitutions are welcome.
