The Pittsburgh Technology Leaders Group explores the topic of teaching managers to build trust with their teams and creating a safe environment.

 

Purpose of Meeting:

In today’s environment where resources are typically scarce, talent and skills can make or break an organization, but is that all it takes to have a high performing team?

Let’s explore what is a high performing team, how to create one and how to keep the team member engaged and high performing.

  • Divide in groups:
    • Define How is high a performing team defined in different organizations?
    • Report from groups
  • Presentation:
    • What is a high performing team?
    • How to create a high performing team?
    • How to maintain high performers engaged?

8:20 – 8:40 – Round Table Discussion and experience sharing

8:40 – 8:45 – Collect topics to use for future meetings
