The Pittsburgh Technology Leaders Group explores the topic of Change Management.
Title: Empowering Change Management with Serving Leadership Methodology
Purpose of Meeting:
The broad field of Change Management, as reflected in great organizations like Prosci® and the Association for Change Management Professionals, has contributed highly researched and comprehensive insights into (a.) what impedes successful change in organizations, (b.) what people and their organizations require in order to get on board with change, and (c.) what the specific ingredients are that must be provided to assure a well led and management change initiative.
