The Pittsburgh Technology Leaders Group explores the topic of Leading Across Generations.
Title: Leading Across Generations
Purpose of Meeting:
Growing a technology company involves bringing in and leading people of various ages – each one with a unique perspective based on generational habits, viewpoints, and life-events. In this session, we will tune you into generational differences that affect your company, and can be optimally guided by you, as you recognize how to differentiate your techniques to suit the team – even when much of the team is from a different generation than you are.
Dale Carnegie leadership mentors will be sponsoring and leading our discussion.
