Fact: Companies and people that work together, outside their comfort zone, are more likely to be successful. There are signals of when teams need to come together to engage in tough conversations. Join us for a lunch-and-learn workshop on how to facilitate an environment of co-creation, so cross-disciplinary teams can come together to reach consensus and solve problems.

In this practical workshop, you will learn signals to look out for as a facilitator and practical techniques to bring people together to frame problems, suggest alternatives, and focus solutions that meet cross-disciplinary team needs. Walk away with increased confidence and practices in ways to move diverse teams forward.
