Join the Pittsburgh Technology Council for a lunch and learn on Design Thinking methodologies, and tools that allow established companies to research, generate new business models, prototype the ideas and test.
One of the hardest things to accomplish in the business world is for an established company to change its business model. There are countless Silicon Value startup stories about business model innovation. One Pittsburgh-based success story is Industrial Scientific’s iNet, which successfully transitioned from a seller of gas detectors to selling gas detection as a service. Using iNet as a benchmarking story, this lunch and learn will talk about ways to engage your company in Design Thinking in order to maximize productivity and opportunity.
