Winning Talent Together: Assessing Future of Non-Competes
This spring, we expect to see some changes with employers using non-competition agreements to restrict their employee’s post-termination job choices. It is anticipated that the Federal Trade Commission will take a vote on the final rule relating to the proposed non-compete ban by April 2024. This ruling could further affect existing non-compete clauses that are already in place, and make them no loeffective.
